The time has come again to make Christmas cookies..I started with some sugar and spritz cookies for a friendly gathering and then proceeded with the traditional Greek almond cookies. The lengthiest part of this recipe is beating the butter with a mixer.

Fall is officially here! Time to start getting over our summer ventures, for some of us who live closer to the North Pole a time of reflection and preparation for some pretty colder days...Although I haven't completely started freaking out (yet) over the progressive weather change, I've started spotting red and orange-yellow fallen leaves, our annual prelude to winter...

I've seen this recipe multiple times on friends' Facebook walls and I think the cookies are excellent for all who want to have a healthy breakfast on-the-go.

Καλά δεν το συζητώ, μεγαλούργησα πάλι, χιχιχι! Να μην το ξαναπούμε  ότι δεν το έχω το καλλιτεχνικό, έλα όμως που θέλω πολύ να προσπαθώ να κάνω περίεργα.'Οταν λοιπόν μου είπε η Χαρά ότι βρήκε στο internet αυτά τα νόστιμα κουτάκια, ήθελα οπωσδήποτε να τα δοκιμάσω! Δεν είναι τόσο δύσκολα όσο φαίνονται αν και με παίδεψαν λίγο και φυσικά δεν έγιναν και τόσο όμορφα όσο εδώ!

Ήθελα από καιρό να κάνω αυτά τα στολιδάκια και τώρα που τα είδα σε ένα αγγλικό περιοδικό αποφάσισα να τα δοκιμάσω. Πολύ πολύ εύκολα!! Θα έπρεπε να τα κάνω ίσως λίγο πιο λεπτά αλλά με το άνοιγμα της ζύμης δεν το έχω (ούτε με το καλλιτεχνικό, το έχουμε ξαναπεί) το αποτέλεσμα όμως ήταν πολύ καλό! Η συνταγή που σας δίνω λέει ότι βγαίνουν 16 μεγάλα στολίδια, εγώ έκανα τη μισή και βγήκαν 15 μικρότερα.
